Russian-Georgian checkpoint overloaded

The Verkhny Lars checkpoint on the Russian-Georgian border has been overloaded with people willing to cross the border, Georgia Online reports.
The office can process about 400 cars a day. A total of 1300 cars may pass the checkpoint daily.
