Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway construction to be speeded up

The construction of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway will be speeded up, the ministers of transport of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia said after a meeting, 1news.az cites the Minister of Transport of Azerbaijan Ziya Mamedov as saying.

"It's possible for us to finish this construction before the end of the year 2011", the minister said.
