40% of Kabardino-Balkarian population to do sports by 2020

The government of Kabardino-Balkaria passed a program for development of PE and sports for 2013-2020 and plans to increase the number of people regularly doing sports to 41% and handicapped people to 20%, Interfax-South reports.

The republic plans to increase the number of athletes in Russian national teams to 200 and open 150 football facilities.
