Russia to provide Abkhazia with financial aid

Russia is going to provide Abkhazia with financial aid. A corresponding agreement is expected to be signed by the two countries at special talks. The idea of bilateral talks was suggested by the Russian ministry of regions.

The aim of the act is to encourage the social and economic development of the semi-recognized republic.
