Georgia to build 7 dams

Director General of the Bank of Georgia Irakli Gilauri, the Energy Development Foundation and Georgian Minister for Energy Kakha Kaladze signed a memorandum yesterday to build 7 dams for $300 million and produce 180MW, Trend reports.

The bank will finance 85% of expenses of the project, the rest will be financed by the Energy Development Foundation.
