Agayev suspected of stealing 200 million rubles in Dagestan

Islamudin Agayev, head of the directorate for youth housing and construction programs in Dagestan, is suspected of stealing 199 million rubles in 2011-2013, RIA Novosti reports.

He ordered his accountant to compose documents with excess of over 38 million rubles of expenses.
