Earthquake at the Chechen-Dagestani border

An earthquake occurred on Wednesday morning at the Chechen-Dagestani border, 15 km from the city of Gudermes.

"The earthquake occurred on Wednesday at 2.45 a.m.", Timur Taisurov, the head of the PR Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Chechnya, told Interfax.

"Nobody was injured and there seems to be no damage", said Taisurov.
