Kyrgyzstan to extradite suspected killer at Ile-Alatau Park

Kyrgyzstan will extradite S. M. Khayrov, the man suspected of killing 12 people in the Ile-Alatau Park in August 2012, to Kazakhstan, Trend cites Prosecutor General Askhat Daulbayev.
