Gazprom to purchase Kyrgyz gas infrastructure for $1

Gazprom will purchase the charter capital of Kyrgyzgas, a subsidiary which will take control over all Kyrgyz gas networks and reservoirs, for $1, ITAR-TASS reports.

Gazprom will invest at least 20 billion rubles in modernization and reconstruction of the gas network of Kyrgyzstan within 5 years after signing the contract.
