Turkey only country to fully implement WHO anti-smoking regulations

Turkey is the only the country in the world to have fully implemented the anti-smoking regulations adopted by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Green Crescent non-governmental organization says.

Turkey has met all six conditions of the convention adopted by the WHO. Three more countries (Brazil, Iran and Panama) have met four conditions of the document.
