Incivility and aggression of some Dagestanis disgrace Dagestan - Abdullatipov

Dagestani leader Ramadan Abdullatipov called on republican ethnic groups in other regions of Russia to observe the public conduct of Dagestani youth.
According to him, Dagestanis are a nation of great culture, but there are individuals whose "medieval" behaviour dishonours the whole community. 
This situation creates strife among ethnic groups. 
Therefore Dagestanis should struggle against the detractive conduct of some licentious Dagestanis, Abdullatipov believes.
