Ukrainian foreign minister wants practical steps towards conflict settlement of South Caucasus

Leonid Kozhara, chairman-in-office of the OSCE and Ukrainian Foreign Minister, said in Yerevan that the OSCE Minsk Group should be more active and reminded that Ukraine wanted to settle conflicts in Moldova and South Caucasus during its chairmanship at the OSCE, News.am reports.

The minister believes that the process needs to be activated by practical steps. He emphasized the importance of meetings with the public and offered the territory of Ukraine for such talks. Kozhara added that Ukraine wanted to reduce impact of any humanitarian catastrophes.
