29% of Georgians want Margvelashvili for president

29% of Georgians want Georgy Margvelashvili of the ruling party to become the President of Georgia, Georgia Online cites polling results of the National Democratic Institute (NDI).

10% plan to vote for Margvelashvili, 5% for Nino Burdjanadze, 4% for Giorgi Targamadze, 3% for Shalva Natelashvili, 3% for Salome Zurabishvili.

26% of people questioned have not chosen a candidate. 7% are against all candidates. 8% would vote for another candidate.

The social polls were held by the Center for Research resources of the Caucasus under financial support of the Agency for International Development and Cooperation of Sweden on June 12-26. 2338 people were questioned.
