General Nogovitsyn given Order of Honour by South Ossetia

The President of South Ossetia, Eduard Kokoity, has decorated General A. Nogovitsyn, deputy chief of the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation with South Ossetia's Order of Honour.

General Nogovitsyn is awarded for his support in maintaining the independence and integrity of South Ossetia and security in the Caucasus.
