Snowden asks Russia for temporary asylum

Ex-agent of the CIA Edward Snowden has requested a temporary asylum in Russia, Interfax cites Anatoly Kicheren, a member of the Russian Public Chamber.

He clarified that Snowden could not leave the transit zone of the Sheremetyevo Airport because he did not fill all papers.
