Safes with Russian criminal records were about to be sold to Turkey

8 safes with criminal records of a police station in the Stavropol Territory were sold as scrap metal for 3,100 rubles by a police officer helping the station to move, RIA Novosti reports.

The safes were taken to Rostov-on-Don to be sold on to Turkey.
