Azerbaijan mourns victims of car accident in Podolsk with Russia

Yesterday, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed condolences to families and friends of the 18 people killed in a car accident at Podolsk on Saturday. Farhad Badalbeyli, USSR People’s Artist, Chingiz Abdullayev, Azerbaijani People’s Writer, and Chingiz Guseynov, a notable writer, expressed compassion towards the families.

They share a common opinion that the accident was caused by poor traffic rules. Guseynov added that another problem was lack of proper migration control and inspection of vehicles. Abdullayev agreed and said that the system of driver’s license needed stricter rules.
