Ramazan Abdullatipov nominated as President of Dagestan by five Russian parties

Russian parties have nominated their candidates today for the president of Dagestan. The current leader of Dagestan, Acting Head of the Republic Ramazan Abdullatipov, was nominated by the "United Russia", "Fair Russia", "Patriots of Russia","Just Cause", and the Communist Party.

"Fair Russia" has also nominated the chairman of the board of the regional party branch, Gadzhimurad Omarov, and the Deputy Director of the Institute for Research on the movement of goods and wholesale markets, Amuchi Amutinov. "Patriots of Russia" has nominated the head of the faction in the People's Assembly of Dagestan, Eduard Hidirov, and the head of the Accounting Chamber of Dagestan, Malik Bagliev, "Just Cause" has nominated the Commissioner for Human Rights in Dagestan, Ummupazil Omarova, and the captain of the Russian national Taekwondo team, Seiful Magomedov. The Liberal Democratic Party, not represented in the parliament of Dagestan, has nominated their deputy Alexander Starovojtov.
