Armenia will not help Russia put out fires

Armenia will not help Russia in putting out fires, the head of the information center ‘Emergency Channel’ of the Emergency Ministry, Nikolay Grigoryan, said at a press-conference, Panorama.am reports.

He said that Armenia can only provide rescue staff, which Russia does not need. Russia needs engineering, in particular, aircraft, which Armenia lacks.

According to the latest data, 48 people were killed by fires in Russia. 800 fires in 17 regions have been registered in Russia.
