Armenian driver who killed 18 people in Russia will return home

Grachya Arutyunyan, an Armenian driver suspected of killing 18 people by crashing into a passenger bus on a truck at Podolsk, will only be able to return back to Armenia after the trial, the Justice Ministry of Armenia said.
