Aaron Gurevich: Ovadia Isakov to be transported for treatment to Israel

Russia's chief military rabbi Aaron Gurevich has just told Vestnk Kavkaza that at 20:30 Rabbi Ovadia (Arthur) Isakov was lifted on board of the helicopter, which now takes him from Derbent to Makhachkala.

Then, he will be flown in a special flight to Israel for treatment. The doctors decided to evacuate Isakov from Dagestan.

Gurevich said that while the wounded rabbi is still unconscious and in critical condition, his blood pressure was stabilized, and now doctors are optimistic about his recovery.
