Netherlands to purchase Turkmen and Kazakh oil

Dutch company Trafigura Beheer BV has signed an agreement with Italy's Eni SpA to buy Kazakh and Turkmen oil. The Dutch trader is going to increase its role in the post-Soviet market. 

The company will be buying 30-60 thousand tons of oil per year.
