Russia may call for international manhunt for Magomed Bilalov

The Russian Interior Ministry may call for an international manhunt for Magomed Bilalov, a brother of the former chairman of the North Caucasian Resorts public corporation's board of directors, the body reports.

Bilalov's lawyer said on Wednesday that his client was ready to testify in the Russian embassy in London, but couldn't come to Moscow due to poor health.
