Suspected Dagestani veteran of Syrian war returns without hand

The Dagestani veteran of the Syrian conflict is undergoing treatment in hospital. He returned from the war without a hand, RIA Novosti reports.

The man was caught in the Khasavyurt District last week. He claims that he was searching for his son in Syria. The police say he was paid $400 for participating in the war.
