SOCAR, BP, Total purchase TAP shares

SOCAR and BP purchased 20% of shares of the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) each, Total got 10%, Fluxys got 16%.

Statoil keeps 20% of the TAP shares, E.ON 9%, Axpo 5%. TAP Managing Director Kyetil Tungland approved the purchase, stating that it would strengthen the Southern Gas Corridor.
