Kabardino-Balkarian vice prime minister dismissed

Kabardino-Balkarian Leader Arsen Kanokov has dismissed Vice Prime Minister Galina Portnova for mass cheating during the Unified State Exam, RIA Novosti reports.

A total of 330 cases of cheating were registered in the North Caucasus, 77 of them (25% of total) were registered in Kabardino-Balkaria.
