Ibragimbekov will not visit Baku

Rustan Ibragimbekov, a candidate for President of the National Council of Democratic Forces of Azerbaijan, postponed the visit to Baku, APA reports.

The National Council had a session in Tbilisi. It plans to request Russian President Vladimir Putin to speed up the process of deprivation of the candidate’s Russian citizenship.
