Georgia to earn some $2 billion by TAP invesmtnets

Georgian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Teymuraz Sharashenidze said in Baku that Azerbaijan should be a priority for Georgia, Trend reports.

He reminded that the Georgian prime minister had visited Azerbaijan. Both states have common approach to territorial integrity and economic development of the region. The ambassador noted that the TAP route to deliver gas to Europe will allow Georgia to earn $2 billion of investments.

The official mentioned the importance of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project. Cooperation of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey was important for Tbilisi, he added. Azerbaijan had invested $210 in Georgia, he concluded.
