Krasnodar leaking pool had bad design

The swimming pool worth 250 million rubles in Krasnodar is leaking because it was poorly designed, RIA Novosti cites Alexander Slyusar, Director General of Kubandorblagoustroystvo, a contractor.

The official assured that there were no problems with materials and construction technologies. The final explanations to the causes of the leakage will be given in 2-3 months.
