Mohammad Nehavedian appointed as head of Iranian presidential staff

New Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has appointed Mohammad Nehavedianas as the head of the presidential staff. Mohammad Nehavedian previously headed the Trade and Industry Chamber of the Islamic Republic.

President Rouhani is set to be sworn in today.

Yesterday former president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad officially handed power over to Rouhani.
