Georgian PM hopes to lift visa regime with Russia

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili said that relations between Russia and Georgia had improved enough to simplify or lift the visa regime, RIA Novosti reports.

The PM noted that the two states had restored trade and regular flights. Full-fledged relations with Russia would need a lot of efforts and time, but the goal will be achieved regardless, Ivanishvili emphasized.
