Russian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers have telephone conversation

Russian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers, Sergey Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov, discussed a set of topical issues concerning bilateral relations in a telephone conversation and talked about the situation in the region, a message of the Russian Foreign Ministry says. The conversation was initiated by the Russian side.
