II Qabala Music Festival in Azerbaijan ends

The II Qabala Music Festival in Azerbaijan, supported by the Heydar Aliev fund, ended on Thursday, reports the ANS television channel. During the festival's last day, the London Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with American pianist and conductor Dmitry Yablonsky and world famous Russian pianist Boris Berezovsky performed “Piano Concerto” and “Symphony N 2” by Rachmaninov. The 12-day festival gathered performers from the USA, Cuba, Russia, England, France, Italy, including such notable musicians as Yury Bashmet and Berezovky and the London Royal Philharmonic Orchestra as its special guest. Different workshops for young musicians were opеned during the festival, which ended with a massive firework display.
