Georgia and Russia to work on plague remedy

Georgian and Russian scientists will work on development of medicaments to treat plague spread by rodents and will sign an agreement for the project in the near future, Trend cites Amiran Gamkrelidze, head of the National Center for Control of Diseases and Healthcare.

Georgian and Russian journalists visited the laboratory named after Lugar. Several invitations have been sent to Russian Chief Sanitary Inspector Gennady Onishchenko.
