Russian Caspian Fleet tests Bal missile system

The Russian Caspian Fleet is testing the Bal mobile coastal missile systems, RIA Novosti reports.

The missiles control territorial waters and strait zones, enforcing safety from marine attacks. The systems may be deployed secretly 10km away from the coast.
