Fraud worth 800 million rubles exposed in Zaragamskiye Dams

Vitaly Totrov, Director General of Zaragamskiye Dams, a subsidiary of RusHydro, is suspected of a fraud worth over 800 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports.

According to investigations, Totrov was compensating the VAT using the federal budget illegally in Vladikavkaz (North Ossetia) in February-June 2011. The official has been detained.
