One dead in blast at Azerbaijan’s Lankaran

Ilham Guliyev from Istisu died in hospital after an explosion at a recycling center in Lankaran (Azerbaijan), Trend reports.

Lankaran is located 270km away from Baku, in the southern region of Azerbaijan.
