OSCE PA will not monitor Azerbaijani presidential polls

Ranko Krivokapic, head of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, has decided not to send observers for the Azerbaijani presidential polls of October 9, Trend reports.

The decision was made due to elections in Montenegro on October 13-15.
