Vlasov comments on death of Kazakh prime minister’s advisor

Alexey Vlasov, Editor-in-Chief of Vestnik Kavkaza, said that Vissarion Kim, a part-time Advisor of Kazakh Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov, was an influential functionary of the government.

Kim lost control of his vehicle in the Karaganda Region and died.

Vlasov called him a competent and skilled in forming relations with partners. The expert said that the official had good prospects as the advisor and a high-ranking administrator.
