Troubles at electrical substation leave parts of Chechnya without electricity

Some 20,000 people (4,600 households) have been left without electricity due to a breakdown at the Shelkovskaya electrical power substation, reports Interfax. The “Norenergo” specialists and a special EMERCOM team are in the process of repairing the substation.
