Four reconstructed nurseries to open by September in South Ossetia

Four of the nurseries demolished in South Ossetia in August 2008 are to reopen by September, government officials told RIA-Novosti. Nine of the 19 demolished nurseries are currently working, but are still oversubscribed by the number of children.
