Explosion hits Georgian mine, kills two

An explosion has hit the Itkhvisi manganese mine in the Georgian town of Chiatura today. Two miners, Roland Nozadze and Yuzy Samkharidze, died as a result of the explosion. The local labour union's chief blames the mine's administration for the accident.
