Kyrgyz president to visit Azerbaijan on August 15-16

Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev will attend the 3rd summit of the Council of Turkic-Speaking States in Qabala (Azerbaijan) on August 15-16, Vecherny Bishkek reports.

Kyrgyzstan will pass chairmanship in the council to Azerbaijan.
