Bayramov becomes Azerbaijani Deputy Minister for Education

Jeykhun Bayramov, head of the office of the Education Ministry of Azerbaijan, has been introduced by Education Minister Mikhail Jabbarov as his deputy. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed the appointment of Bayramov today.
