Smog-rescue centers to open in Moscow

Moscow residents will have an opportunity to take some rest from smog in 123 social service centers, which are due to open tomorrow at 9 a.m., Interfax reports, citing the head of the Social Care Department, Vladimir Petrosyan.

The centers, equipped with air-conditioners, will be open from 09.00 to 20.00.
