50,000 Russian tourists stay in Egypt
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaAbout 50,000 Russian tourists are still on vacation in Egypt, despite the state of emergency, curfew and death of about 300 people in police crackdowns, RIA Novosti cites Irina Shchegolskaya, spokeswoman of the Russian Federal Tourism Agency.
The tourists are in Hurghada. The federal agency will send officials to Egypt to gain information about the state of affairs in the city. There were clashes with the police in Hurghada yesterday.
