Expert wants optimization of Russian national peace efforts

He believes that mass media will play a major role in the process by giving more positive information.
The expert pointed out camps of deported migrants as one of the main flaws. He said that there should be temporary accommodation centers for migrants being deported.
Volokh explained projects for passport controls. He noted that there was no problem with visas, Russia wanted all CIS citizens to present only international passports.
He added that Russian President Vladimir Putin had ordered the norm on international passports to be postponed until 2015 so that all CIS states could issue the IDs on time.
