Turkic Council meets in Qabala

The 3rd summit of the Turkic Council has started a meeting in Qabala, attended by Presidents Ilham Aliyev (Azerbaiajn), Abdullah Gul (Turkey), Nursultan Nazarbayev (Kazakhstan) and Almazbek Atambayev (Kyrgyzstan).

They will discuss cooperation in transportation, simplification of customs procedures. Kyrgyzstan will pass chairmanship in the organization to Kazakhstan.

A cooperation protocol was signed by foreign ministers of the states attending the council yesterday.
