Broken pipeline floods tram lines in Krasnodar

A pipeline break in Krasnodar has resulted in flooding of tram lines, ITAR-TASS reports.

The local administration decided to reconstruct the pipeline on the night of August 16-17, so that the process would not cause problems with public transportation.
