South Ossetia commemorates anniversary of war

Solemn ceremonies are being held today in Tskhinvali to commemorate the second anniversary of the armed conflict with Georgia. The ceremonies started yesterday at 23.35, Moscow time, - the exact time Georgia started bombing the South Ossetian capital.

The citizens of South Ossetia commemorate today the victims of the 5-day conflict, a public prayer was spoken last night on the main square of Tskhinvali, ITAR-TASS reports.
